Delivery

Callicarpa B.V. sells SEO services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs. Everything is delivered electronically, by email. This page explains what happens after you order.

Shipping costs

None. The price shown on the package page is the price you pay.

Where we deliver

Worldwide. Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no delivery zones or excluded countries. We work in Dutch and English.

How and when we deliver

• Within 1 working day: we confirm your order by email and ask for access to your website, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Starter Service Package: your written report arrives by email within 3 working days of us receiving that access.
• Standaard, Zilveren, Professionele and Elite: the package covers one month of work. We start as soon as we have access, and your report follows at the end of that month.

When the clock starts

Your month of service starts on the day we receive access, not on the day you order. If we do not hear from you, we send a reminder after 7 days and again after 14 days. Delivery times shift by the same number of days as any delay in receiving access.

Make sure you receive it

Everything goes to the email address you gave us. If nothing has arrived within 2 working days, look in your spam folder first and then email joseannemarie@outlook.com — we will resend it the same working day.

Renewal

Packages do not renew automatically. Each purchase covers one month of work, with no contract and no notice period.
